Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all appropriate tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit https://account.kraveworldwide.co for self-serve returns.
If your item was purchased in person, please contact us @ info@kraveworldwide.co. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with our PO Box address and detailed return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
All returns are subject to a flat rate return shipping fee of $12. This fee is non-refundable and will paid before returning. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to our PO Box using a trackable shipping method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@kraveworldwide.co so we can resolve the issue promptly. If the item does appear to be damaged you will receive an exchange with the exact same item. If the item is not in stock, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Handmade Item Standards
All of our items are handmade, which means slight variations are part of the unique character of each piece. The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return under our voluntary return policy:
- Sizing variations within 1cm of the displayed measurements
- Slightly off-center tags or labels
- Minor stitching irregularities that do not affect garment integrity or durability
- Slight color variations from product photos due to the handmade nature and screen displays
- Small loose threads that can be easily trimmed
These natural variations make each piece one-of-a-kind and do not impact the quality or wearability of the garment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under our voluntary return policy:
- Final sale and clearance items
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale at checkout
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges only if you are wanting the exact same item (same item, same size). If the item is not in stock, you will receive a refund instead. For all other exchanges, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return at our PO Box, we will inspect the item(s) and approve or deny your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item. You will be notified via email of our decision.
If approved, your refund will include:
- Full item cost
- Original shipping cost
Your complete refund will be processed to your original payment method generally within 3-7 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you've requested a refund via email, you'll receive a full refund of the item cost and original shipping, minus a $12 return shipping fee.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the goods, you are entitled to:
- A refund, or
- A replacement of the same or equivalent value
For minor failures, we will provide a free repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund.
You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a defect in the goods. These rights apply in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy and are not limited by time.
If a product is defective or does not meet consumer guarantees (not fit for purpose, does not match description, not of acceptable quality), you are entitled to a remedy regardless of whether it falls under our handmade variations policy. Consumer guarantee rights take precedence.
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returns must meet all eligibility requirements listed above, including unworn condition with original tags and packaging. All shipping costs will be refunded upon approval as outlined above. This right is in addition to any consumer guarantee rights under applicable EU law.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law and consumer protection laws in other jurisdictions. Our voluntary return policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
